Imagine if we could educate a poor student and make him the CEO of a company! Imagine, if we could empower a broken youth through higher education! It would undoubtedly cause a huge social and economic transformation.

All about IBS is this dream to tap into the creativity and innovative capacity of the
poorest of the poor.

The vision that began in 2010 grew with every passing season. What a joy it is indeed to see the commencement of MBA program as the first step towards establishing Immanuel University.

WHY NOT A MUD FLOORING?

When IBS buidling was under construction, a  visitor asked me, “If IBS is for poor students, why do you have to go for a tiled flooring and why not just a mud floor?

I think this is poverty mentality.

The students may be poor but when they come to our B-School, they should not
feel low-graded. They may pay a low fee, but it does not mean they should sit
and study in dismal conditions.

Our library has a rich collection of books, and our computer lab is Wifi connected.
It has access to e-journals like any other reputed College of Business. We
have clean toilets and a beautiful canteen. Our class rooms are well furnished to
facilitate good learning for the future business CEOs.

It does not matter where they come from. But we want to make sure that they are given world class learning at IBS and where they go from here meets them with a dream career. 

We are dedicated to making IBS one-of-a-kind Business School where even the
poor will feel rich and pursue education with dignity.
